Cancellation Policy

How to cancel

Call us on 0455 996 600, 24 hours a day. Cancellations must be made by phone so our dispatch team can stop the truck straight away.

Emergency and same-day bookings

If your booking is for a job within 24 hours, you can cancel free of charge within 15 minutes of making the booking.

After the 15-minute grace period

Once the 15-minute grace period has passed, a cancellation fee of 100% of the quoted service fee (including GST) applies.

The same fee applies if you do not tell us you have cancelled and our truck has already left for, or arrived at, the nominated breakdown address.

Scheduled bookings (more than 24 hours ahead)

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are charged at 100% of the quoted service fee (including GST).

If your vehicle is no longer at the pick-up address

If our truck arrives and the vehicle has already been moved or collected by someone else, and you did not tell us, this is treated as a cancellation and the fee above applies.

How the fee is charged

The cancellation fee is invoiced to the person or business that made the booking and is payable under our payment terms.
